Fluvanna SPCA 4th Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser

About the Event

• The Fluvanna SPCA will be holding its 4th Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser on Saturday, September 15^th from 12-3 p.m. at Keswick Vineyards.  (Keswick Vineyards is conveniently located off of Rt. 22 in Keswick, Virginia.) 
• The event features a wine tasting with Keswick Vineyards wines, a refreshments bar, and a silent auction.  The auction will contain items such as gift certificates to local restaurants and spas, a digital camera, jewelry, concert tickets, and photography sessions.
• Volunteers will be available to answer questions about the Fluvanna SPCA.
• Keswick Vineyards will donate 10% of wine purchases made that day to the Fluvanna SPCA.
• Tickets can be purchased in advance for $15 at the Fluvanna SPCA or online at www.fspca.org.  Tickets can be purchased at the door on event day for $20.
• All proceeds from the event support animal care at the Fluvanna SPCA.

About the Fluvanna SPCA

• The Fluvanna SPCA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, charitable organization.  Its mission is to rescue domestic animals from cruelty, neglect, and abandonment and to place them in good, loving, permanent homes.
• In 2011, the Fluvanna SPCA cared for almost 1,200 animals.
• The Fluvanna SPCA is one of the few open-admission animal shelters and pounds in the United Statesthat has achieved no-kill status. 
• In 2011, the Fluvanna SPCA achieved a 93% live release rate, marking our second year of no-kill status.
